These Terms govern your use of the NPLEX software and this website.
NPLEX is software for validating NPL portfolio data against the EBA ITS 2023/2083 ruleset, deployed on the client's own infrastructure. NPLEX does not host, see, intermediate or take custody of your data or of any transaction. Once a snapshot passes validation, NPLEX can produce a portable, encrypted .nplex artifact that the parties exchange directly and privately between themselves.
NPLEX provides formal technical validation only and does not offer investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. The accuracy of the underlying data, the snapshot you finalise, and any transaction or decision based on it, remain solely your responsibility.
You may use the software only with data you are authorised to process and in compliance with applicable law, including data-protection rules. The public demo is provided for evaluation purposes only, without warranty.
